SECTION 51.
Subsection (a) of section 6D of chapter 40J of the General Laws, as appearing in section 38 of chapter 224 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The corporation and the institute shall maintain responsibility for fulfilling the obligations under the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology Challenge Grant Program and the Health Information Exchange Cooperative Agreement Program.
