For the Berkshire sheriff's office, which may expend an amount not to exceed $250,000 from revenues generated from the operation of the Berkshire county communication center's 911 dispatch operations and other law enforcement related activities, including the Berkshire county sheriff prison industries program; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the office may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
