| 8950-0008 | Parolee Supervision Fee Retained Revenue For the operation of the parole board's sex offender management program and the supervision of high-risk offenders; provided, that the parole board may expend an amount not to exceed $600,000 from revenues collected from fees charged for parolee supervision; provided further, that the parole board shall file a report with the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than February 3, 2014, which shall include, but not be limited to, the number of parolees participating in the program and the re-incarceration rate of participating parolees; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
