| 7004-0104 | Home and Healthy for Good Program For the home and healthy for good program operated by the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance to reduce the incidence of chronic homelessness in the commonwealth; provided, not less than $200,000 shall be expensed for a new pilot supportive housing initiative for unaccompanied homeless young adult who identify as LGBT; provided, that the Alliance shall be solely responsible for the administration of this program; and provided further, that the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance shall file a report with the clerks of the house and senate, the undersecretary of the department of housing and community development and the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than January 1, 2014, on the number of people served, the average cost per participant, the demographics of those served, whether participants have previously received government services and any projected cost-savings in other state-funded programs |
