1108-5201 | Municipal Partnership Act Implementation Retained Revenue For the costs incurred by the group insurance commission associated with providing municipal health insurance coverage under section 19 of chapter 32B of the General Laws; provided, that the commission may expend revenues in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 from the revenue received from administrative fees associated with providing municipal health insurance coverage under said section 19 of said chapter 32B; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of revenues and related expenditures, the commission may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
