SECTION 218.
Sections 57 to 71, inclusive, shall apply to all Community Preservation Fund appropriations approved by a city or town's legislative body on or after the effective date of acceptance of sections 3 to 7, inclusive, of chapter 44B of the General Laws in any such city or town.
