SECTION 36.
Said section 13 of said chapter 13, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 8, the words "112 and 2 consumers." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 112; 2 consumers and 1 vocational-technical licensed practical nursing educator or administrator who shall be selected from a group of 3 nominees, to be nominated by the Massachusetts Association of Vocational Administrators.
