SECTION 17.
Section 14 of said chapter 8, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words "fifteen hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- $10,000 from the State House Special Event Fund established in section 35P of chapter 10.
