Distribution of the Statutory Carry Forward
SECTION 161.
Notwithstanding section 5C of chapter 29 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, amounts made available to be used as revenue in fiscal year 2013 in accordance with clause (a) of said section 5C of said chapter 29 shall be made available in the General Fund. To the extent balances in the General Fund are insufficient to carry out said clause (a) of said section 5C of said chapter 29, the amount necessary to meet the requirements of said clause (a) of said section 5C of said chapter 29 shall be made available proportionally from the other budgetary funds.
