Extend Authority to Terminate and Renegotiate Leases
SECTION 146.
Section 195 of chapter 131 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out the figure "2012", inserted by section 144 of said chapter 68, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2013.
