Restrict Funeral Expense Payments
SECTION 118.
Section 2 of chapter 118 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "disposition", in line 32, the following words:- and if the total expense of the funeral and final disposition does not exceed $3,500.
