| 2800-0100 | Department of Conservation and Recreation Administration For the operation of the department of conservation and recreation; provided, that the department shall enter into an interagency service agreement with the department of state police to provide police coverage on department of conservation and recreation properties and parkways; provided further, that the department of state police shall reimburse the department of conservation and recreation for costs incurred by the department of state police including, but not limited to, vehicle maintenance and repairs, the operation of department of state police buildings and other related costs; provided further, that notwithstanding section 3B of chapter 7 of the General Laws, the department shall establish or renegotiate fees, licenses, permits, rents and leases and adjust or develop other revenue sources to fund the maintenance, operation and administration of the department; provided further, that funds shall be expended for the cleanup of Pilayella algae; and provided further, funds may be expended for the Schooner Ernestina in New Bedford |
