SECTION 60.
Section 52B of said chapter 59, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Nothing in this section shall prevent a person who submitted that information, or his designated representative, from inspecting or being provided a copy of the submission upon request.
