SECTION 122.
The first sentence of section 3 of said chapter 703, as appearing in section 2 of chapter 290 of the acts of 1998, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "commonwealth", in line 13, the following words:- ; provided, however, that the Authority shall not provide housing facilities at community colleges unless the board of higher education authorizes the action.
