| 5046-0000 | Mental Health Services Including Adult, Homeless, and Emergency Supports For adult mental health and support services; provided, that the department shall allocate funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 from item 5095-0015 to this item, as necessary, pursuant to allocation plans submitted to the house and senate committees on ways and means 30 days prior to any such transfer, for residential and day services for clients formerly receiving care at department facilities; provided further, that jail diversion programs in operation and receiving funding from the department of mental health as of June 1, 2011 shall continue to receive funding in fiscal year 2012; and provided further, that the department shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means on the distribution of funds per adult and child planning population and the types of services received in each region for fiscal year 2012, not later than February 1, 2012 |
