GAA Electronic Reporting Requirement
SECTION 192.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all secretariats, departments and agencies required to report under this act shall file their reports by the dates required in this act via electronic means to the chairs of any committees named as recipients as well as with the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives, provided, however, that the house and senate clerks shall develop procedures and requirements for secretariats, departments and agencies for the preparation of the reports to facilitate their collection and storage and such reports shall be made available to the public via the general court's website.
