SECTION 16.
The definition of "Privatization contract" in section 53 of said chapter 7 as amended by section 7 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009, is hereby further amended by inserting, after the second sentence, the following sentence:- A contract for information technology services shall not be considered a privatization contract if an employee organization recognized under chapter 150E, as the exclusive representative of an affected employee, as determined by the secretary of administration and finance, agrees to the terms of the contract in writing.
