Nursing and Resident Care Facility Base Year
SECTION 147.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, nursing facility and resident care facility rates effective July 1, 2011, under section 7 of chapter 118G of the General Laws may be developed using the costs of calendar year 2005.
