1108-5100 | Group Insurance Commission For the administration of the group insurance commission; provided, that the commission shall generate the maximum amounts allowable under the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, as amended, and from reimbursements allowed by sections 8, 10B, 10C and 12 of chapter 32A of the General Laws; provided further, that the group insurance commission shall provide the caseload forecasting office with enrollment data and any other information pertinent to caseload forecasting that is requested by the office on a monthly basis; provided, however, that the information is provided in a manner that meets all applicable federal and state privacy and security requirements; and provided further, that $125,000 shall be used for wellness programs as established in Chapter 288 of the Acts of 2010 |
