| 0337-0002 | Juvenile Court For the operation of the juvenile court department; provided, however, that not more than $150,000 may be expended from fees charged and collected pursuant to section 3 of chapter 90C of the General Laws, section 22 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, sections 2, 4A, 4B, 4C, 39 and 40 of chapter 262 of the General Laws and section 87A of chapter 276 of the General Laws; provided further, that the first $150,000 of revenue received from the fees shall be deposited in the General Fund and not retained; provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of revenues and related expenditures, the chief justice may incur expenses and the comptroller shall certify amounts not to exceed the lower of 1/2 of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system; and provided further, that in fiscal year 2012 the department shall proportionally reduce the amount allocated to the CASA programs as appearing in items 0337-0300, 0337-0400, 0337-0600, 0337-0700, and 0337-0900 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008 |
