SECTION 22.
The third paragraph of subsection (c) of section 20 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in section 18 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2009, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "attorney general" the following words:- and a duplicate copy of said notice shall be filed with the regulations division of the state secretary's office.
