SECTION 122.
Section 4 of said chapter 59 is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The right of first refusal shall be exercised, if at all, by the affected town by giving written notice of the town's intention to acquire the property to the division within 180 days after the completion and submission of the plan.
