SECTION 80.
Said section 34 of said chapter 118G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "basis", in lines 83 and 84, the following words:- ; provided further, that "payments subject to surcharge" shall include payments made by a managed care organization on behalf of: (i) Medicaid recipients under age 65; and (ii) enrollees in the commonwealth care health insurance program.
