Essex Pension - Retirement Board Governance Reform 1
SECTION 31.
Section 19 of chapter 34B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "date" in line 6, the following words:- ; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to Essex county or an entity managing the contributory retirement system formerly administered by Essex county unless explicitly noted otherwise.
