4200-0300 Residential Services for Committed Population
For secure facilities, including purchase-of-service and state operated programs incidental to the operations of the facilities; provided, that funds shall be expended to address the needs of the female population; provided further, that funds shall be expended to address suicide prevention; provided further, that the commissioner may transfer up to 6 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item to items 4200-0100 and 4200-0200; and provided further, that 30 days before any such transfer is made, the commissioner shall file with the secretary of administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means a plan showing the amounts to be transferred and the reason for the proposed transfer
