SECTION 83.
The third paragraph of section 47C of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Reimbursement of costs for such services shall be part of a basic benefits package offered by the insurer or a third party.
