Mission:
The Division of Administrative Law Appeals (DALA) is an independent hearing agency established in 1974 to serve as an independent forum for the adjudication of appeals of decisions by other state agencies. DALA serves two primary objectives: to provide for fair, impartial and timely decisions and to aid the parties in narrowing the issues in those cases which proceed to Superior Court on judicial review.Governing Laws:
