SECTION 91.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, within 10 days of a transfer to the Massachusetts Life Sciences Investment Fund pursuant to section 89 the Massachusetts Life Sciences Investment Fund shall transfer $9,100,000 to the Massachusetts Life Sciences Holding Fund established pursuant to section 92.
Veto Explanation:
I am vetoing this section because it inappropriately imposes legislative restrictions on funds that are controlled by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center under present law.
