SECTION 62.
Section 9 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "assessment", in lines 25 and 26, the following words:- ; and provided further, that the amount credited shall be the most recently audited regional transit authority assessment available on January 1 of each year and shall be used to calculate the upcoming fiscal year's estimated cherry sheet assessments.
