SECTION 6.
Section 35CC of said chapter 10, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by the inserting after the word "purposes" , in line 12, the following words:- and for expenses related to the administration of the fund; provided, however, that said administrative expenses shall not exceed $75,000 annually.
