Sections 40, 42 and 43 Effective Date
SECTION 120.
Sections 40, 42 and 43 of this act shall apply to sales of tobacco products occurring on or after September 1, 2008, by manufacturers, wholesalers, unclassified acquirers and other persons specified in section 43.
