Equity Effects of Regional School Allocation
SECTION 109.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of education shall report on the equity effects of the recently phased-in regional school allocation methodology on regional vocation technical schools; provided, further, that said report shall be filed with the house and senate committee on ways and means and the joint committee on education by no later than December 31, 2008.
