Doolan Apartments in the city of Fall River; provided further, provided further, that $90,000 shall be expended for the AgeWell Boston program operated by Ethos; and provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Kit Clark Homeless/Housing Program to provide support for homeless and recently housed older adults |
