| 0640-0013 | Lottery Anti-Litter Program For the costs of the anti-litter program; provided, that the lottery commission may continue to develop regional environmental awareness events to limit the number of discarded instant tickets that become litter; provided further, that not later than November 15, 2008, the treasurer shall submit a report to the secretary of administration and finance and the chairpersons of the house and senate ways and means committees on the anti-litter program and its effectiveness since it was developed; and provided further, that 25 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be transferred quarterly from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund |
