Transfer to MA Cultural Facilities Fund
SECTION 58.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not less than 10 days after the effective date of this act, the comptroller shall transfer $5,000,000 from the General Fund to the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund, established in section 42 of chapter 23G of the General Laws.
