Bay State Competitiveness Investment Fund
SECTION 47.
There shall be established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate fund to be known as the Bay State Competitiveness Investment Fund. Expenditures from the Bay State Competitiveness Investment Fund shall be subject to appropriation.
