9110-1900 Elder Nutrition Program
For the elder lunch program; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for a youth/elder outreach position at the Roche Family Community Center in West Roxbury; provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Senior FarmShare program; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Grandparents as Parents Initiative; and provided further that $350,000 shall be expended for Community Physicians Associates for the purposes of administering a geriatrics program which shall include, but not be limited to inpatient care, outpatient care, rehabilitation and post-acute care, long-term care and assisted living counseling, and education of caregivers
